New Whitehall Training user guides published

The Whitehall Training course platform was designed with flexibility and ease of learning in mind. Now, we have produced three, illustrated user guides to help new administrators and learners get the most from our system.

Our online training courses are used by a wide range of people – from individuals looking to brush up on their knowledge of clinical best practice to the top pharma companies and CROs wanting a consistent quality of learning across their staff.

We have created three different user guides depending on the role of the person using the system:

The simplest user guide is aimed at the learner themselves. It shows how they can register on our system and set up an account. It then shows how to take a course and then the exam, with examples of the kind of feedback they will receive if they pass or fail the exam.

The Manager is the level above the Trainee and is the administrator of all course licences for small to medium companies. The user guide shows how they can register themselves, invite trainees, allocate licences and even analyse the performance of their learners (as a whole or individually).

This role mainly exists in large companies where it makes sense to have multiple Managers – perhaps covering different sites, trials or even countries. This user guide covers registering and inviting Managers plus allocating licences. It also shows how a coordinator can temporarily adopt the role of one of their Managers to examine how trainees are progressing with their courses and exams.

We hope you find the guides helpful and easy to follow. We have tried hard to cover everything you may need to know but please tell us if there is anything you think isn’t sufficiently clear or could be added.
